Continual collaboration with end-users to identify needs, assess current operations, reporting and data inventories, and building or modifying existing process and reports is fundamental. The Banner Financial Systems Analyst will define and process standard data requests as well as analyze all utilization of data and reporting. Defining and executing a longer-term strategic solution to data and reporting utilization is crucial. The Banner Financial Systems Analyst will constantly contribute to the overall business improvement process and the ability to create and maintain collaborative working relationships is key.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide primary system support of the Banner Enterprise System for the Business Office, Human Resources Office, and Student Financial Services Office. </li><li>Continual collaboration with end-users to identify customer requirements, needs, assess current system, reporting and data inventories, and building or modifying existing systems & reports. </li><li>Define and process standard data requests as well as analyze all utilization of data and reporting. </li><li>Define and execute a longer-term strategic solution to system, data and reporting utilization. </li><li>Maintain expertise in a wide range of Banner Systems Knowledge, SQL and Business Intelligence reporting techniques, practices, procedures, and field concepts. </li><li>Constantly contribute to the overall business improvement process. </li><li>Create and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders from all departments. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li><li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Required: Strong Banner systems skills and knowledge.
