Visit us at: www.accenture.com/song</p> <p>Film Production</p> <p>The Film Production department specializes in all forms of storytelling from moving imagery and content, to animations and graphics, to audio, musical, and sonic led narratives. We are stewards to a compelling and ever-evolving network of production partners and endeavor to create industry defining creative executions. Key considerations at the heart of all our productions include budget and time management, ethical and sustainable solution planning, and innovative creative development and amplification.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Senior Producer, Film represents the day-to-day project expectations of the Production Department at its highest standards. As a client-facing, in person leader the Senior Producer, Film manages the entire production process from strategy to completion as well as identifies and protects any tactical offshoots (social, etc.) that might result. The Senior Producer, Film works into the department's senior leadership team (Production Heads, Executive Producers, and Business Affairs) regularly communicating project status and ensuring the consistent financial and creative wellbeing. When working with Mid and Associate Producer level producers the Senior Producer is responsible for establishing roles and project expectations as well as ensuring efficient and effective communication across all internal and external channels.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work alongside the Creative department to establish a creative point of view and push to improve creative output through execution and craft </li><li>Represent, at all times, a total mastery of the production process including complete and thorough knowledge of the single and competitive bidding process, production calendar planning, union and non-union budget projections and planning (e.g. rates and structures), legal and ethical risk, billing, meeting arrangements, confidentiality, and indemnification, etc.) </li><li>Research and share best practices and learnings across different production models </li><li>Proactively oversee the day-to-day project communications and report to Business Affairs and Department heads </li><li>Own internal team and production partner's time management needs (meeting scheduling, setting up conference/video calls, establishing production needs and expectations, etc.) </li><li>Provide internal client and agency production expertise (production travel planning, expense management, client material resourcing, etc.) as well as keep up to date with all industry best practices, informing internal teams and clients of all current and future industry protocols and initiatives </li><li>Effectively set and manage internal and external production, budget, and timing expectations with teams and clients and provide clearly communicated realities, solutions, and opportunities before and throughout the process </li><li>Guide and mentor junior members of the team, celebrating successes in addition to delivering precise and timely feedback and follow up </li><li>Identify potential opportunities to push internal production initiatives including identifying and securing sustainable and inclusive production capabilities as well as working with teams to see them come to life </li><li>Confidently promote a creative point of view and push to improve the output through execution and craft </li><li>Regularly contribute and expand upon the team's knowledge of production partners - Directors, editors, VFX, Sound engineers, musicians etc. </li><li>Work closely with the Business Affairs Department (including Talent and Traffic) to oversee quality control and close out projects in a thorough, consistent, and timely manner </li><li>Forge strong relationships with internal and external teams that create sustainable, scaleable, and long-lasting standards and processes </li><li>Always lend a positive hand and lead by example (internally and externally) no matter the challenge and recognize that, as an expert within the department the team and agency look to you for proactive, productive, and constructive leadership </li><li>Be client facing and act as the key voice for production and intersection between agency teams </li><li>Collaborate and share production knowledge across the department and within the agency, and create and share best practices and learnings on different execution models </li><li>Adhere to established administrative systems and agency best practices </li><li>Partner directly with creatives as a creative confidant and advocate </li><li>Keep up to date with industry best practices </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a producer in agency or equivalent film production environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience producing a range of content for research, TV, cinema and online, including large and low budget domestic and international productions, table-top and animation </li><li>2+ years of working with a cost consultant or client equivalent </li><li>Proven ability to showcase advanced knowledge of production partners including directors, editors, VFX, sound engineers, musicians, etc. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of the production process including significant experience and knowledge regarding union and non-union talent, BA, insurance, bid rate structures, and international (non-US) productions </li><li>Positive, respectful, fun, and collaborative </li><li>Thorough understanding of Google and Microsoft products </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
