<p>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Serves as the primary contact and liaison between retailers and outside vendors, including sales reps, distributors, and manufacturers. </li><li>Follow project from conception through delivery. </li><li>Works closely with equipment Vendors, General Contractors, Architects and Designers. </li><li>Fulfill quote requests, prepare proposals and purchase orders and process invoices. </li><li>Maintain in-house inventory of store supplies through purchase, tracking and invoicing. </li><li>Visit store locations and new building sites to discuss projects, evaluate equipment, take photographs and accurate measurements. </li><li>Design Store Fixture Plans utilizing CAD software. </li><li>Develop equipment sales promotions, programs and marketing materials. </li><li>Assist Credit Manager with retailer onboarding process utilizing DocuSign software. </li><li>Ensure timely updates of SE&D information database. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor or Associate Degree in Business Communications, Marketing, or related field. </li><li>3+ years of experience in purchasing. </li><li>Project management skills and knowledge of software. </li><li>Must possess excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. </li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy is a must. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective business relationships. </li><li>Must be computer literate, with ability to use Microsoft Suite, Project Management and Design Software. </li><li>Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment. </li><li>Strong problem solving abilities. </li></ul> <p>REPORTING TO THIS POSITION: None</p> <p>NON ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Grocery retail store experience. </li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p> <ul> <li>Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. </li><li>No or very limited physical effort required. </li><li>No or very limited exposure to physical risk. </li><li>Required to travel throughout our service area. </li><li>Travel may be required to customer locations or meetings. </li></ul>
