Candidates must have outstanding leadership, management, and interpersonal skills to relate to a diverse faculty, staff, students and community members.</p> <p>The successful applicant will have special interest and qualifications in the practice and teaching of osteopathic principles and manipulative medicine.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Prepare and deliver curricular and other scholarly activities.</p> <p>Teach courses assigned to the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM).</p> <p>Participate in the ongoing programs and program development of the Department of OMM including pre- and postdoctoral training and other scholarly activities as appropriate.</p> <p>Teach the clinical application of osteopathic principles and manipulative medicine in ambulatory and hospital-based practices.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Graduate of an American Osteopathic Association (AOA)-approved osteopathic college by start date of position</p> <p>Satisfactory completion of an AOA-approved internship and AOA-approved residency program by start date of position</p> <p>Board eligible for or Board certified by the AOA</p> <p>Current or recent licensure by a state medical board</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Additional certification or eligibility for certification by the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine</p> <p>Department HCOM - Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) Pay Rate</p> <p>Pay is commensurate with education and experience, while also considering internal equity and is accompanied by an excellent retirement plan with up to a 14% company contribution, paid sick leave, and access to professional development programs.
