<p>The HVAC Counter/Inside Salesperson plays a key role in driving growth and profitability at our Clifton, NJ branch. This position is responsible for supporting customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and expanding existing accounts, all while delivering exceptional customer service.</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday</p> <p>Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience</p> <ul> <li>Work together with outside sales associates to ensure our customer's needs are met. </li><li>Update customer orders, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and handle incoming sales inquiries. </li><li>Represent United Supply as an industry leader by clearly communicating what sets us apart from the competition. </li><li>Take customer sales orders and provide timely quotations and accurate order processing. </li><li>Make some outbound calls to customers who are eligible for new promotions and follow up on potential sales. </li><li>Assisting with inventory management and stocking of the shelves. </li><li>Gaining knowledge of the products that we sell to our customers. </li><li>Participate in ongoing training-both in-house and vendor-led-to deepen product knowledge. </li><li>Share customer insights and feedback relevant to improving our products or services. </li><li>Excellent customer service, effective listening, communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills. </li><li>Technical expertise and knowledge of company products. </li><li>Problem-solving and analytical ability. </li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail. </li><li>Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities. </li><li>Team player who works productively with wide range of people. </li><li>Able to work independently with minimal direction. </li><li>Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and growing sales. </li><li>High school diploma/GED required. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>Medical - Dental - Vision insurance available on day 1! </li><li>Option to enroll in the HSA or FSA </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Opportunities for advancement </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Referral program </li></ul> <p>At Rheem, we are dedicated to bringing comfort to people's lives.
