<p>Description</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Provides excellent customer service and quality beverage products to our customers.</p> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p> <p>None</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provides a warm and courteous greeting and farewell to all guests </li><li>Answers all phone calls promptly </li><li>Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. </li><li>Keeps bar stocked and rotates products according to Café standards. </li><li>Cleans and sanitizes customer seating areas </li><li>Greets customers at bar, assists with bar and/or menu selection, takes Customers' orders, and uses suggestive selling techniques. </li><li>Assists with carry-out orders. </li><li>Prepares ingredients to be used in products according to recipes and product standards. </li><li>Receives and inspects incoming orders for quality, quantity and accuracy. </li><li>Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar and surrounding area. </li><li>Responsible for handling financial transactions for bar, beverage, and guest purchases. Manages money accurately and processes payment efficiently </li><li>Ensures guest expectations are met or exceeded. </li><li>Demonstrates proper knife handing skills and techniques. </li><li>Places weekly beer, wine, and liquor orders based on management instruction. </li><li>Complies with state regulations regarding alcohol service. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Education And Experience (E = Essential D = Desired)</p> <ul> <li>(E) High school education or equivalent </li><li>(D) Working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages </li><li>(D) Preferred Serve Safe Alcohol Certification </li></ul>
