You will gain valuable healthcare knowledge and benefit from additional educational resources to advance the Professional Ladder within the organization if desired.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Manage all aspects of moderately complex projects and lead/manage medium to large size projects. </li><li>Leverage basic project management tools to deliver results. </li><li>Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. </li><li>Prepare and complete action plans, complete audits and identify trends. </li><li>Implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards. </li><li>Determine system improvements and implement changes. </li><li>Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements and participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures. </li><li>Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field and three years of project experience in assigned area, such as progressively responsible experience supporting a clinical system and/or data/financial analysis, etc. OR Associate's Degree and five years of experience OR Master's Degree and two years of experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification </li><li>Ability to travel to multiple Cleveland Clinic locations throughout northeast Ohio </li><li>GME experience </li><li>Experience working with trainees </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
