<p>Full Time Specimen Collector Phlebotomist</p> <p>Location: Kokomo, Indiana</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm</p> <p>Help make a positive impact in your community!</p> <p>Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use of prescription medications and illicit drugs supporting improved clinical decision-making as part of treatment for millions of Americans with chronic pain, mental illness, and substance use disorders.</p> <p>The Specimen Collector Phlebotomist is a key role at Millennium Health. As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory.</p> <p>As a Specimen Collector Phlebotomist:</p> <ul> <li>Collect patient blood, urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens </li><li>Process and package collections for shipping </li><li>Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory </li><li>Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information </li><li>Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal </li><li>Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite </li><li>Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable) </li><li>Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required </li></ul>
