More Driven.</p> <p>Director Human Resources Global Marketing & Product</p> <p>Goodyear's Director Human Resources Global Marketing and Product will create and support strategies for key human resource (HR) and business initiatives - Focusing on Organization design, change management, talent/succession planning, leadership development, building competencies/capabilities, proactive employee engagement and helping share an inspiring culture that will help to achieve the business goals for the client groups this incumbent supports.</p> <p>This HR Leader will partner with global vice presidents, senior leaders (and their teams) and HR peers across the Global Marketing & Analytics and the Global Product Strategy functions, to provide innovative solutions as these functions are established within the Goodyear structure. They will offer strategic insights to leadership and execute talent management strategies around competency/organizational capability. They will develop and execute talent development and retention strategies for our associates. This role will also align with regional counterpart teams on talent strategies and organizational development plans, as well as other people and business issues/challenges. They will lead a global HR team focused on these global functional areas reporting to the Vice President Human Resources Global Marketing & Product.</p> <p>Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Provide HR direction and partnership to leaders on the Global Marketing and Analytics and the Global Product Strategy teams. Lead the teams through organization design, change management, identification of capability needs, recruitment, talent development, performance management, succession planning and all HR processes. Execute staffing and people moves through proactive workforce planning and iterative succession discussions. Establish/Maintain healthy selection and on-boarding processes. Clarify organizational needs and translate them into appropriate HR actions and solutions, by leveraging best-practices. </li><li>Facilitate talent/organizational capability through meaningful talent management programs and engagement activities. Identify/Develop a capability and talent pipeline through strategic talent acquisition, competency building/development programs, succession planning, coaching and learning initiatives. Coach/Counsel leaders on engagement action planning and retention strategies. </li><li>Clarify organizational needs and translate them into appropriate HR actions and solutions, by leveraging best-practices and internal/external benchmarking. Lead HR aspects of setting up these new global functions and lead change management as regional associates move to work and collaborate on global teams. Drive and measure engagement and retention as the new functions are established. Coach and advise leaders on building and developing their teams. </li></ul> <p>KEY EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors' degree; Masters' degree preferred. </li><li>8+ years HR experience preferably in a global role. </li><li>Experience with leading organization design and global projects across organizations/regions. </li><li>Experience leading change management on global projects. </li><li>Experience investigating, analyzing & solving complex associate relations issues. </li></ul> <p>KEY SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Org Design and Development. </li><li>Change Management and communications. </li><li>Leadership of global projects. </li><li>Strong analytical & organizational skills. </li><li>Strong computer & MS Office Suite skills </li></ul> <p>Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
