You'll handle receiving, storing, inventory management, and staging materials for production. You'll also support discard processes, maintain accurate records per GDP standards, and collaborate across teams. Attention to detail and flexibility-including cold vault coverage and occasional overtime-are key to success.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Handle material receipt, storage, and shipment, ensuring compliance with GMP and cold chain requirements. </li><li>Manage inventory accurately, including sample and returned drug inventories, cycle counts, and discard processes. </li><li>Maintain GMP compliance in the warehouse, monitor equipment, and contribute to SOPs and work instructions. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations and provide emergency coverage as needed. </li><li>Ensure area compliance with safety, GMP, and operational procedures, escalating issues appropriately. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree + 3-5 years, or high school diploma + 5-7 years of warehouse experience </li><li>GMP environment experience and ability to follow SOPs </li><li>Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Technical writing and experience with deviations or change controls </li><li>Familiarity with SAP and warehouse management systems </li><li>Strong organization skills and ability to multitask </li><li>Quick to learn new processes and technologies </li><li>Experience with RF scanning and barcode systems </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>What to Expect in the Hiring Process:</p> <ul> <li>10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter </li><li>45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader </li></ul> <p>Additional Details:</p> <p>The position is second shift, full-time Mon-Fri 3pm-1130pm with overtime as needed. Flexibility to work on 1st shift or split shifts (such as 8am-5pm or 12pm-8:30pm) is needed during training period.
