<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>35% TEACHING PERFORMANCE - The ability to present course materials through appropriate instructional strategies to facilitate learning.</p> <p>25% INSTRUCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT - The development, revision, and maintenance of courses and curriculum through course objectives, outlines, and appropriate materials.</p> <p>15% INSTRUCTIONAL MANAGEMENT- The effective use of required office hours, exhibition of effective classroom management and control, and timely and accurately submitted reports.</p> <p>15% STUDENT ADVISEMENT- The participation of the faculty member, when applicable in assisting students in personal and professional development.</p> <p>5% COLLEGE AND/OR COMMUNITY SERVICES- The participation in college activities and the promotion of the College through public services.</p> <p>5% PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT - The participation of the faculty member in activities designed to develop professional skills so as to maintain and improve proficiency in his/her present position.</p> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
