Responsible for supervising, evaluating, counseling, and coaching care members on assigned units. </li><li>Responsible for identifying and resolving problems at the unit level. Keeps the Director of Nursing/Assistant Director of Nursing informed of resident's status through verbal communication and written reports. </li><li>Makes daily rounds, visits every floor of responsibility, and checks acutely ill residents, admissions, and follows up on residents. </li><li>Performs periodic audit of charting and documentation. Assures proper execution of physician's orders. </li><li>Deals effectively, professionally, and tactfully with resident and family concerns. </li><li>Submits weekly and monthly reports on statistics, meetings, and other pertinent information. </li><li>Attends continuing education classes, seminars, workshops to maintain professional competency. </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full Time</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2 years of experience in Nursing Administration required </li><li>Current NY State Registered Nurse license </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing </li></ul> <p>Salary</p> <p>$50.29-$62.87 per hour</p>
