The Electrical Apprentice will install, maintain and trouble shoot multiple types of electrical systems found in commercial and industrial locations and work under a licensed Journeyman. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses a strong work ethic, and has a genuine interest in pursuing a career as an electrician. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform regular installation of electrical duties </li><li>Work with and assists electricians on more difficult projects </li><li>Perform electrical wiring or repair work </li><li>Read blueprints </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Background & Drug Screening: Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. </li><li>Travel: Must be willing to travel nationwide up to 85% of the time. </li><li>Orientation: First-week orientation and training will take place in Fort Worth, TX (Required). </li><li>Experience: 3-10 years as an Apprentice or Tradesman in a commercial setting. </li><li>Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 6+ years of experience in heavy commercial electrical work strongly recommended. </li><li>Technical Skills: Experience with conduit bends, wire pulls, high-voltage circuits, generators, transformers, and switchgear. </li><li>Blueprints & Codes: Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, specifications, codes, and electrical formulas. </li><li>Safety & Certifications: Apprentice license required; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred; knowledge of OSHA lock-out/tag-out, NFPA-70E, and National Electrical Code. </li><li>ID Requirements: Must have two valid forms of ID for employment. </li><li>Preferred Training: At least 4 hours of formal NFPA-70E training, including arc-flash dynamics, hazard analysis, and PPE requirements. </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>10 Paid Holidays </li><li>PTO </li><li>401(k) Company Match </li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>HSA and FSA </li><li>Disability & Occupational Accident Insurance </li><li>Company-Paid Life Insurance Policy </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>World-class paid training program for you to learn the skills for long term career success. </li></ul>
