Salary range may vary based on geographic location.</p> <p>Location</p> <p>New York, NY</p> <p>Reporting Structure</p> <p>The Buying Admin reports directly to the Director of Buying.</p> <p>What You'll Be Responsible For:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for supporting all aspects of Buying process for Vince Full Price Retail Stores and Ecommerce. </li><li>Execute weekly selling reporting, seasonal hindsight reporting and ad-hoc reporting as needed. </li><li>Partner with Digital Experience Team to ensure product onsite is accurately represented. </li><li>Upload and communicate markdowns, in stores and online. </li><li>Support Buying Team on all needs during market (market notes, samples, order entry, etc.). </li><li>Support all Purchase Order entry, style upload entry, generalized system entry. </li><li>Track receipts for inbound PO's and the Ecommerce website. </li><li>Assist with vendor onboarding and style set up for all licensed goods. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Role Comprehension </li><li>Reliability </li><li>Adaptability </li><li>Effective Communicator </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Experience We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>0-1 years of retail buying experience. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Strong computer skills including proficiency with Excel and all relevant functions. </li><li>Proficiency with Retail math.
