Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>THE WORK</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work on the Software License Acquisition team to coordinate the purchasing and renewals of software licenses.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare necessary internal documents including purchase requests and business cases to support these purchases.</p> </li><li> <p>Contact business users to discuss the necessity of these licenses and determine the quantities needed moving forward.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with vendors to obtain quotes based on these needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Recommend co-terming purchases where possible.</p> </li><li> <p>Enter the completed purchases both in Ariba and Service Now SAMPro.</p> </li></ul> <p>Applicant will have access to export-controlled material and must be a US person defined as a US citizen, US permanent resident, or has achieved refugee status or been granted asylum in the US.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum of 1 year experience with Ariba and Service Now SAMPro</p> </li><li> <p>Analytical skills comparing purchasing options needed</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with SAMPro</p> </li><li> <p>Work in software asset management including understanding of software entitlements and software utilization</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelors or Associates degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
