During every interaction, we display three behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Smile, display energy and open body language </li><li>Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service </li><li>Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Cleans bar areas, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, escalators, offices and other front of the house and back of the house areas. </li><li>Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors. </li><li>Cleans drains, equipment, rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. </li><li>Polishes metalwork. </li><li>Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. </li><li>Washes windows, door panels, and sills. </li><li>Transports trash, waste and recyclable materials to disposal area. </li><li>Transports small equipment or tools between departments. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school education or general education degree (GED). </li><li>One year related experience or training preferred. </li><li>Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools. </li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of building systems technology required. </li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to walk, see; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. </li><li>Frequently required to balance and stoop, kneel or crouch. </li><li>Occasionally required to talk and hear. </li><li>Must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. </li><li>Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor. </li></ul>
