<p>Alternate Locations: Work from Home; Boston, MA (Massachusetts); Charlotte, NC (North Carolina); Dover, NH (New Hampshire); Fort Wayne, IN (Indiana); Greensboro, NC (North Carolina); Hartford, CT (Connecticut); Omaha, NE (Nebraska); Radnor, PA (Pennsylvania); US All Regions</p> <p>Work Arrangement:</p> <p>Hybrid/Flexible : Work at home and use the office as appropriate for in-person collaboration.</p> <p>Relocation assistance: is not available for this opportunity.</p> <p>Requisition #: 74488</p> <p>The Role at a Glance</p> <p>As a Sr. Consultant, Product Development, you will act as the primary resource to support the Vision products along with the Dental and Dental Network products for internal business areas and external partnerships.</p> <p>What you'll be doing</p> <ul> <li>Provides support to business areas regarding escalated issues associated with our products managed by partner relationships. </li><li>Assists with the sales and educational process by providing product knowledge and expertise. (e.g. maintaining product manual, competitive analysis, training material) </li><li>Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects. </li><li>Develops an understanding of the market, customer needs, the competition and the strengths and gaps in the current product portfolio. </li><li>Delivers on more complex assignments and projects in support of product development and implementation in the launch of new products/riders/services for the business line. </li><li>Presents options and tradeoffs under consideration in new product development and gathers input on new product development ideas. </li><li>Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions. </li><li>Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives. </li><li>Provides technical input to and review of marketing materials, contract and prospectus language. </li><li>Supports the products as a resource for regulatory and product compliance issues that impacts the product and/or business. </li><li>Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality. </li><li>Leads more complex assignments and/or projects. </li><li>Responds efficiently to roadblocks, remaining dedicated to achieving team and departmental goals. </li><li>Identifies different or diverse markets to enhance market reach. </li></ul> <p>What we're looking for</p> <p>Must-Haves:</p> <ul> <li>5+ Years Experience with Vision insurance products. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
