<p>Community School Corporation of Eastern Hancock County</p> <p>General Maintenance</p> <p>Responsibilities/Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Position reports to Facilities Manager </li><li>Perform maintenance PM's on regular basis </li><li>Clear in house work order tickets in a timely manner- Complete tasks as needed </li><li>Lockdown all schools each morning </li><li>Perform daily rounds of building equipment- Log and report issues to Facilities Manager </li><li>Fire extinguisher checks monthly </li><li>Pool chemical checks daily- Monday-Friday </li><li>Position will require to be on call few months each year- Rotation with Facilities Manager </li><li>HVAC repairs </li><li>Electrical repairs </li><li>Plumbing repairs </li><li>Building Automation- Helpful but not required </li><li>Weekly playground checks- Log and report issues to Facilities Manager </li><li>Grounds work may be required from time to time- Mowing, weedeating, spraying for weeds </li><li>Perform fire drills with school principals on monthly basis </li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. </li><li>Ability to be on feet for long periods of time between scheduled breaks </li><li>Ability to work off ladder- Some heights required </li><li>Some computer knowledge - Send/receive emails, clear work order tickets </li><li>Event set-ups for all corporation needs </li></ul> <p>Community School Corporation of Eastern Hancock County is an equal opportunity employer.</p> <p>PTO days - 14 (after 90 days)</p> <ul> <li>Balance rolls into sick days July 1 </li></ul> <p>Vacation - 2 weeks upon hire ~ 3 weeks after 3 years ~ 4 weeks after 5 years</p> <p>Paid Holidays - 13 (after 90 days)</p> <p>Labor Day MLK Day Memorial Day</p> <p>Thanksgiving (3) President's Day Independence Day</p> <p>Christmas (2) New Year (2) Good Friday (floating)</p> <p>Insurance Coverage</p> <ul> <li>Health (corp pays $7,372 single/$15,201 family) </li><li>Dental </li><li>Vision </li><li>Life - Corp paid $10,000 policy (includes Employee Assistance Program) </li><li>Additional life, dependent life and LTD coverage avail. </li><li>American Fidelity coverage avail. - FLEX, HSA, Accident, cancer, etc. </li></ul> <p>Cell Phone Stipend - $65 monthly</p> <p>Retirement</p> <ul> <li>Public Employee Retirement Fund (employee and employer contributions req'd) </li><li>403b plans available through Corebridge or Equitable </li><li>2% employer match with a minimum 2% employee contribution </li></ul>
