<p>Overview</p> <p>As a leader in the health and wellness industry, we believe in taking a holistic approach to our business to support the success and well-being journeys of our team members with a foundational focus on people, service, and growth. In a newly created position, within our company, the assistant multi-unit manager will work between our Christiana and Dover locations training our front desk wellness coordinators, promoting the wellness program, and addressing customer service issues. Additional duties may include:</p> <ul> <li>Provide business development support to defined locations within their assigned territory in partnership with their Business Manger. </li><li>Focus on leadership development, service quality, development of a service and sales culture, and execution to brand standards all leading to annual revenue and profitability growth. </li><li>Drive consistent growth in metrics, retention of employees, operational compliance, and a bench of leaders within their location and defined territory. </li><li>Understand, believe in, and uphold Massage Envy's Mission, Vision and Values. </li><li>Develop a thorough understanding of Massage Envy services and products. </li><li>Ensures locations are performing and have a focus in each functional area (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements). </li><li>Monitor staffing levels across all departments and locations to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately. </li><li>Assist assigned locations with staffing needs, interviews, and hiring process. </li><li>Coach, develop, and retrain as needed in sales and service expectations. </li><li>Ensure all locations are current on all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations. </li><li>Participate in company and Regional Developer Conference Calls and weekly Operation Director calls. </li><li>Continuously train managers on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development. </li><li>Facilitates the resolution of customer service issues with locations while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout their organization. </li><li>Promotes and implements new products, services, and initiatives. </li><li>Responsible for home location's payroll entry and inventory management </li><li>A proven ability to lead, coach, and develop location team(s) that support and execute on a sales and service culture. </li><li>A proven ability to identify, develop, and promote leaders within a location and multi-unit setting. </li><li>A proven ability to build authentic relationships based on mutual accountability, authenticity, and excellence that aims toward achieving service and financial goals. </li><li>Strong analytical and communications skills. </li><li>Experience in a multi-unit leadership role (Spa/Sale management preferred). </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. </li><li>Strong communication and people skills. </li></ul> <p>If you're ready to lead the charge to help people feel their best, we can't wait to meet you!</p> <p>Salary</p> <p>$16.00-$18.00/Hour</p> <p>Job ID</p> <p>2022-168479</p>
