<p>Description</p> <p>Position at Cregger Company</p> <p>Objective: The Warehouse Manager will increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by overseeing warehouse operations in a safe, secure, efficient and cost-effective manner that complies with company policy and OSHA, DOT and other applicable regulations.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, manage, and supervise warehouse and delivery associates to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions </li><li>Attentively check incoming material into warehouse for accuracy, check materials into computer system (Solar Eclipse), oversee stocking of material that has arrived into the warehouse </li><li>Continually improve warehouse performance in the areas of efficiency, productivity, daily workflow, inventory handling & control, and quality assurance </li><li>Oversee warehouse operations to ensure that the correct product arrives at the right place, at the right time, in a professional and efficient manner </li><li>Instill a mindset of customer focus among subordinates </li><li>Direct staff actions to best match labor supply with operational requirements </li><li>Oversee an aggressive and thorough cycle counting program </li><li>Develop and analyze reports and develop new policies, procedures, and methods that improve operational efficiency </li><li>Supervise and schedule maintenance of company delivery vehicles and equipment; maintain a preventive maintenance program to keep equipment in good working order </li><li>Maintain the security and appearance of warehouse and grounds </li><li>Maintain Clear and timely communication with sales staff to coordinate order fulfillment and inventory needs </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Key Skills / Attributes Required:</p> <ul> <li>Tenacious Work Ethic </li><li>Engaged Leadership </li><li>Intellect and Sophistication </li><li>Attention to Detail, Accuracy and Precision </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Full health, dental and vision insurance. </li><li>401 k </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Vacation Pay </li><li>Employee Referral Program </li><li>Employee Discount </li><li>Plus more… </li></ul> <p>Pay: $65,000-$72,000/yr</p> <p>PM2</p> <p><</p>
