<p>Job Description: Merchandiser in the Center Store Non-Perishable Department, responsible for a designated merchandise area, and working during regular store hours.</p> <p>This person's primary duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Assume duties related to the Center Store Specialty Foods Vendors (Kehe, Lipari, Meximar) </li><li>Communicating with the sales representative of each respective vendor to ensure minimal to no out of stocks, proper stock level, managing promotions and special buy-ins, inventory management, and rotation </li><li>Stocking product upon receipt at store </li><li>Ordering firms with respective vendor, holiday orders as needed. </li><li>Ensure freshness in the center store merchandise through the use of the Date Check Pro software </li><li>Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Availability: Must be available to be scheduled between 20-30hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs. </li><li>Previous Work Experience: Ordering and stocking experience preferred; we will train </li><li>Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#. </li><li>Other Work Considerations: Customer service orientation; able to work with minimal supervision; organizational ability; reliable; dependable. </li></ul> <p>Click here to check out the GREAT benefits we offer!!!</p> <p>Buehler's Fresh Foods is an employee-owned chain of 13 grocery stores located in northeast Ohio.
