This position is accountable to business leaders for delivering business outcomes that are dependent on people adopting solutions successfully.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Defines and delivers robust change management strategies, approaches and plans for multiple engagements that can cross functional boundaries</p> </li><li> <p>Applies Prosci methodology, tools and approaches to internal client team members, providing coaching on usage as needed; uses instruments and tools to describe and plan change impacts on multiple engagements and customizes approach and methodology based on previous change impacts and prior experience</p> </li><li> <p>Determines contributing factors to strong sponsorship, coaches and supports sponsors on expected behaviors and becomes primary contact for sponsors</p> </li><li> <p>Executes and manages change management scope for large scale programs and projects, including sponsorship, coaching, communications, training and resistance management plans</p> </li><li> <p>Articulates, envisions and creates desired patterns in human dynamics (behaviors, mindsets and culture)</p> </li><li> <p>Integrates change management with project management and influences successful mitigation strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Develops organizational best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Integrates success measures, metrics and monitoring across multiple initiatives in a program</p> </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develops change management programs to solve complex business group or company issues. Finds innovative solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Coaches and advises sponsors</p> </li><li> <p>Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and needs</p> </li><li> <p>Provides advice and technical expertise to other organizations/groups and/or executive management in the area of change management</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic/Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelors degree AND six (6) years minimum required related experience</p> </li><li> <p>In lieu of degree and years of experience listed above, High School/GED AND 10 years minimum required related experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Masters degree AND eight (8) years minimum required related experience</p> </li><li> <p>Operations experience</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated strong leadership skills: negotiation, conflict management skills, influencing skills, ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to communicate a vision and obtain buy-in</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to adapt and changes as business needs change</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with large-scale change initiatives; experience providing oversight to contingent workers</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with agile teams, approaches and tools</p> </li><li> <p>Competency in one or more complementary disciplines such as project management, Agile, innovation, design thinking, customer experience, training, communication, digital transformation</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in supplier contract management</p> </li><li> <p>Comfort with complexity, ambiguity and change</p> </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Hybrid Mobility Classification - Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period.
