We're searching for an Office Manager to lead our Midwest Dental team in Middleton, WI! What Makes This Opportunity Special: Leadership role where you can grow your career and your team Collaborative, people-first culture Competitive compensation, benefits and bonus A chance to shape a positive, patient-centered practice Schedule (days/hours) Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30 (half-day Friday) Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, including scheduling, collections, receivables, supply ordering, and cost management Monitor team productivity and support staff in meeting daily and monthly goals Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and proper use and care of dental equipment Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality care and service Manage patient flow to ensure smooth, efficient office operations and exceptional patient experiences Qualifications 1 year of dental office management experience (DSO or private practice) Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced dental/healthcare environment Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Compensation $20 - $30 per hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
