The Addiction Treatment team is hiring an Addiction Treatment Counselor/Therapist#to work 5:30 am - 2:00 pm with rotating weekends, holidays and other shifts assigned Pay Range: $25.74-35.45/hour# Addiction Treatment Counselor/Therapist#Position Responsibilities: Performs assessments which include the identification of cultural differences in planning for patient care. Provides person centered treatment to a diverse patient caseload including individual and group counseling Incorporates knowledge of evidence based and promising practices into all facets of interaction with patients. Demonstrates competency in the provision of service. Formulates diagnostic impressions. Determines the appropriate level of care. Provides appropriate referral for follow-up and facilitates referrals for needed services. Document client notes#clearly, concisely and according to policy.
