<p>Overview</p> <p>The Tyndale Company, an 8x Top Workplace winner in PA and certified woman-owned business, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team. In this role, you will evolve end-to-end supply chain planning including coordinating and optimizing flow of information throughout the supply chain to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. You will also be tasked to analyze, create, and execute demand forecast while working closely with supply, manufacturing, and sales departments to align supply chain activities with business goals.</p> <p>HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of 1 day per week, and 4 days per week remotely. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our corporate headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County).</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demand planning -</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize John Galt demand software to analyze historical sales and customer/account data to develop accurate demand forecasts.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with sales leadership and NAE's to gather input for demand planning.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute monthly aligned sales, operations, and finance forecast in John Galt.</p> </li><li> <p>Inventory management -</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with operations inventory and manufacturing material managers by reviewing demand forecast to support pre-planning monthly fabric purchases.</p> </li><li> <p>Use analysis to recommend discontinuing poor selling master items.</p> </li><li> <p>Supply Planning -</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinating with manufacturing and supply teams to align manufacturing schedules with demand forecasts, ensuring products are available when needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborating with manufacturing team to align on fabric supplier forecasts.</p> </li><li> <p>Support monthly sales and operations planning (S&OP) -</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze historical monthly NAE/account sales data.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare for monthly meetings by developing recommended sales changes.</p> </li><li> <p>Organize and recap demand forecast data including forecast accuracy, sales by industry, and proposed new business opportunities (changes, new).</p> </li><li> <p>Data analysis -</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze supply chain performance metrics and prepare daily/monthly and ad hoc recaps for operations leaders as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.</p> </li><li> <p>Cross-functional collaboration -</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross company departments including supply, manufacturing, sales, product design, and distribution to ensure alignment of supply chain activities and overall business objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Other responsibilities as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>4+ yrs. experience in Sales Planning, Production, Finance, or Analytical role. </li><li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strong written and verbal skills. </li><li>Ability to function in a team environment & work independently. </li><li>Experience with an ERP system. </li><li>Prior forecasting/demand planning experience a plus. </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with competitive premiums.
