<p>Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?</p> <p>The Compliance and Project Manager will ensure internal control compliance within the Commercial Building Envelope (CBE) organization. This role will drive internal control and best practices within the organization and provide recommendations for improvement. The manager will partner with the business on special projects to drive growth within the organization with a focus on Customer Centricity, Competition & Collaboration.</p> <ul> <li>Sponsor and implement CBE internal controls, policies to ensure compliance as specified in the ICRF (Internal Control Reference Framework). </li><li>Assist the Business Unit (BU) with the annual analysis and identification of risks as well as implementing controls, highlight actions plans to mitigate those risks. </li><li>Support the Group Controller in due diligence/evaluation and integration processes for acquisitions as well as investment analysis of special project investments highlighting financial payback. </li><li>Responsible for the alignment & reporting of Warranty & Rebate programs within the business. </li><li>Update Organizational Charts on a periodic basis ensuring alignment of personnel, position needed to support the CBE business. </li><li>Dashboard reporting - monthly/quarterly communications to CBE Leadership </li><li>Liaison with IA & External Auditors to address questions and Business partner, advisor to mitigate anti-corruption, segregation of duties issues within the business. </li></ul> <p>Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance/Business, MBA or equivalent preferred </li><li>CPA or CMA certifications preferred but not required…Internal Control certifications is a plus… </li><li>10+ Years of progressive experience in strategic finance roles (Corporate or Manufacturing environments) is highly desirable for this position </li><li>Highly visible position within the organization with well-rounded skillset s(no specific order) in 1) Leadership & Communication, 2) Customer Focus, 3) Change Management, 4) Problem Solving and 5) Focused Execution of business deliverables… </li><li>Technology skills preferred with specific ERP systems such as SAP & QAD. The Manager must have solid Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills.
