<p>Customer Service Rep</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to pick up and deliver mail in an office environment. Good communication skills and attention to detail are required.</p> <p>Essential Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver Mail and Packages to administrative and hospital personnel. </li><li>Use postage meters to apply postage to outgoing mail. </li><li>Answer customer questions. </li><li>Maintain a high level of safety awareness and promptly report potential hazards to supervisors. </li><li>Adhere to security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect company and customer information. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in task execution. </li><li>Work in various environments, including office settings, computer rooms, production floors, warehouses, and shipping/receiving areas, with occasional exposure to environmental factors like dust, dirt, toner, and ink. </li><li>Engage in repetitive motion activities such as twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. </li><li>Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. </li><li>Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties. </li><li>Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately. </li><li>Experience with data entry is desirable. </li><li>Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending, and climbing. </li><li>Previous experience with data entry is advantageous. </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Attention to details </li><li>Able to stand pr walk up to 8 hours per day </li><li>Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds </li></ul> <p>The pay range for this position starts at $12.00/hr.; however, base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.</p>
