Ensure XPEL film window tinting and paint protection film meet the standards. Must lead by example and participate in installation duties as needed. Work to learn the newest product innovations , focused on educating and train the in field operations team on the regularly changing requirements.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Core Duties</p> <ul> <li>Inventory ordering/ inventory monitoring </li><li>Car counts at dealerships </li><li>Liaison between admin and installer- payroll/EOD/Warranties/ Pricing </li><li>Quality control </li><li>Monthly Audits </li><li>End of day reporting </li><li>Billing reporting including research and audit all logged information is in compliance for morning billing. </li><li>Audits done by field operations management or regional managers monthly </li><li>Adding employees at locations. </li><li>Recording pay raises, and inputting new hires into our software systems. </li><li>Assisting in logging warranties and other entries as needed </li><li>New Account set up/Hotspot Administration. </li><li>Billing duties </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record. </li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety, and time sensitivity a priority. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). </li><li>Enjoys multitasking and works with a sense of urgency </li></ul> <p>XPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
