Be the difference</p> </li><li> <p>Assists therapists with treatment in accordance with departmental and professional standards and productivity standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares participants for treatment in keeping with departmental and professional standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Attends to personal needs of participants during treatment session according to departmental policy and professional standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in assigned team meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Supervisory/Management Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education - High School diploma or equivalent OR post-high school diploma/highest degree earned</p> </li><li> <p>Experience - Six (6) months experience as a nurse tech, nursing assistant, corpsman or EMT.
