To learn more, visit www.greystar.com.</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY</p> <p>Ensure that the community pool area(s) meet safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the Company and enforce all posted pool rules.</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p> <ul> <li>Clean pool(s) and hot tub(s) of debris and vacuums dirt and grime from the bottom as needed. </li><li>Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the pool area(s) by ensuring that grounds, furniture, and building exteriors are neat, clean, and organized. </li><li>Enforce communities' general pool rules for the well-being of all that use the pool facilities. </li><li>Maintain tools and equipment and ensure that they are in proper working order, request replacements as necessary, and assist in stocking inventory. </li><li>Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers. </li><li>Assist Service Technicians in performing their duties and responsibilities as needed or as requested. </li></ul> <p>Part-time 20 hours/week</p> <p>May 1 - September 30</p> <p>Additional Compensation:</p> <p>Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits Offered for Temporary Team Members*:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Employee Assistance Program</p> </li><li> <p>Paid sick time</p> </li><li> <p>For Union and Prevailing Wage roles compensation and benefits may vary from the listed information above due to Collective Bargaining Agreements and/or local governing authority.</p> </li></ul> <p>Greystar will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.</p> <p>Apply Now Save Job Job saved</p>
