Your expertise will help us develop a steady customer base, and your proactive approach will see you making impactful in-person sales calls.</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Plans territory/account approach and manages own resources </li><li>Assists in training new team members </li><li>Assists in creating account development plans </li><li>Performs inventory management for customer-specific material </li><li>Communicates with operations team and may serve as a production meeting representative </li><li>Occasional face-to-face customer interaction and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms </li><li>All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred </li><li>3-5 years prior sales or industry experience preferred </li><li>Solid understanding of product offerings, ERP systems, and markets served </li><li>General understanding of metal processes and products </li><li>Proficient in MS Office </li><li>Minimal travel required. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected with advance notice </li></ul>
