You will work on comprehensive reports, provide timely responses, and be the point of contact between the various departments within the company and customers. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.</p> <p>Your Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Prepare all quality reports and analyze them to identify negative and positive quality trends </li><li>Make recommendations for improvements </li><li>Provide associates with in-the-moment training when opportunities for improvement present themselves </li><li>Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included </li><li>Examine records such as manifests, invoices, BOLs (Bills of Lading); resolve process inefficiencies </li><li>Investigate issues concerning overdue, damaged, or shortages in shipments; provide updates to customers promptly </li><li>Participate in quality meetings and meeting minutes </li><li>Maintain Quality Management System </li><li>Maintain calibration records, reports, and equipment documentation </li><li>Monitor and advise on product quality matters </li></ul> <p>Your Skills and Experiences</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>3+ years of experience in a full-time quality role </li><li>3+ or more years in a leadership role in a warehousing environment </li><li>Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint </li><li>Experience with JDA, Manhattan, or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) </li><li>Knowledgeable of ISO9001/13845/14001 standards </li><li>Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and/or Continuous Improvement strategies </li></ul> <p>Good Reasons to Join</p> <p>There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
