<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <p>As a Warehouse management systems support engineer</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for warehouse management systems Level 1 support. </li><li>The solution uses SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM), Exacta Warehouse execution systems, SAP H/4 HANA, and a few other systems like Case line, Worldlink, ASRS, Autostore, pick to light, VLM, Veeva Vault (Document Management System), etc </li><li>Experience in-person IT support of a 16x5 rotating shift schedule to a mid-size to big warehouse. </li><li>Experience in system administration, databases and support warehouse business users </li><li>Experience in EWM - System Integrations with Warehouse Control Systems, MFS, Wordlink, Dematic AGV Scheduler - Automation Integration Layer will have added advantage </li><li>Manages Inbound, Internal Warehouse, Production Supply, and Outbound warehouse business processes support </li><li>Understanding of Exacta database (SQL) and architecture </li><li>Coordinates flow of materials (MFS) throughout the site. </li><li>Initial issue diagnosis and troubleshooting </li><li>User support for navigation and system use </li><li>Issue Resolution and Escalation </li><li>Incident Volume Management </li><li>Incident Management System </li><li>Knowledge Base Development </li><li>Monitoring the WMS Integration Layer with other systems </li><li>Monitoring System Performance </li><li>Training Materials Development </li><li>Adherence to SLAs and Procedures </li><li>Report metrics </li><li>Security Administration </li><li>System Configuration and adjustments Support </li><li>Problem Management </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot software/hardware issues and provide timely resolution. </li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, team, and project management skills </li><li>Strong documentation skills - should have experience in writing requirement specifications, design documents, installation protocols, test summary reports, etc. </li><li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and maintenance plans </li><li>Experience working in a support role/organization </li><li>Experience in troubleshooting network communication issues </li><li>Ability to coordinate with cross-cultural teams (TCS/Vendor/Customer), close process gaps, and provide value improvement ideas. </li><li>Unde rstanding of Pharmaceutical Warehouse Business Process </li><li>Experience in providing EWM Site support for Lifesciences customer </li><li>Understanding of Incident and Change management tools. </li><li>Understanding of GMP process and GMP systems used in Pharma. </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide support to Warehouse Support in a 16X6 rotating shift schedule (Morning, Evening) </li><li>Coordinate and provide in-person support at the site. </li><li>Providing updates to customers regarding ongoing issues. </li><li>Maintain and update procedures as required. </li><li>Updating SOPs and Knowledge articles </li><li>Communicate effectively on time for any new spare parts requirements. </li><li>Formal investigation of support issues, communication with impacted stakeholders and vendors, resolution/closure of the issue, and updating appropriate knowledge management records. </li></ul> <p>Generic Managerial Skills, If any</p> <ul> <li>Resource should be quick learner and self-driven; capable of meeting with Business Users and working cross-functionally to define requirements, configure and deploy solutions </li><li>Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively to meet defined delivery levels in a customer-facing role. </li><li>Excellent written/verbal communication skills Actively participate among cross-functional teams and lead project initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time and to required quality standards </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 a year</p> <p>TCS Employee Benefits Summary:</p> <p>Discretionary Annual Incentive.</p> <p>Comprehensive Medical Coverage: Medical & Health, Dental & Vision, Disability Planning & Insurance, Pet Insurance Plans.</p> <p>Family Support: Maternal & Parental Leaves.</p> <p>Insurance Options: Auto & Home Insurance, Identity Theft Protection.</p> <p>Convenience & Professional Growth: Commuter Benefits & Certification & Training Reimbursement.</p> <p>Time Off: Vacation, Time Off, Sick Leave & Holidays.</p> <p>Legal & Financial Assistance: Legal Assistance, 401K Plan, Performance Bonus, College Fund, Student Loan Refinancing.</p> <p>#LI-SP1</p>
