You'll be right in the heart of the action, selling beverages throughout the stadium directly to cheering fans as their in their seats.</p> <p>This is a fast-paced role where your effort directly translates to your income through a combination of commissions and tips - the more you hustle and connect with fans, the more you earn!</p> <p>We're seeking individuals with:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Sales Drive: A natural inclination towards selling and achieving targets.</p> </li><li> <p>High Energy & Stamina: The endurance and enthusiasm to work in a fast-</p> </li></ul> <p>paced, physically demanding environment for several hours.</p> <ul> <li>Physical Fitness: The ability to comfortably carry 50-75 lbs up and down </li></ul> <p>stairs and navigate crowded spaces.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive Spirit: A desire to outperform others and earn top commissions.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer Service Orientation: The ability to build rapport with customers</p> </li></ul> <p>and provide excellent service.</p> <p>Pay: In 2024, our top Hawkers at Target Field averaged $397 per game, and you'll be working just 3 hours or less!
