Visit us at www.accenture.com.</p> <p>You Are:</p> <p>A PeopleSoft CRM Application Developer who is responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with team members on project delivery of technology solutions/applications at FS/ Industrial clients (custom, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc) with a team that is distributed across locations and time zones</p> </li><li> <p>Creating a supportive environment for our team members to execute successfully</p> </li><li> <p>Identification and implementation of innovation opportunities leveraging New IT capabilities (Next Generation Testing, Agile Delivery, Continuous Integration, APIs and Microservices) to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a project or program of work</p> </li><li> <p>Stakeholder governance to drive high client satisfaction</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 4 years professional experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience managing large scale Tech/related Programs and Projects</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 years' experience working in the financial services industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
