About Product and Technology at LRN.</p> <p>About the role:</p> <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Marketing Coordinator - Contract to support the planning, promotion, and execution of our events and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in bringing our brand to life through engaging events and impactful marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.</p> <p>What you'll have the opportunity to do:</p> <p>Event Planning & Execution:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate logistics and inventory management for virtual, in-person, and hybrid events including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and company-hosted events. </li><li>Manage event timelines, vendor communications, venue booking, shipping, and onsite support. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals. </li></ul> <p>Marketing Campaign Support:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the development and execution of promotional plans for events across email, social media, digital advertising, and PR. </li><li>Create and manage event landing pages, registration forms, and attendee communications. </li><li>Track performance metrics and prepare post-event reports. </li></ul> <p>Content & Creative Coordination:</p> <ul> <li>Work with the design and content teams to create marketing assets such as flyers, signage, presentation decks, and promotional items. </li><li>Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Communication:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding event-related updates. </li><li>Provide timely updates to leadership and cross-functional teams on progress and key deliverables. </li></ul>
