In this dynamic role, you'll be a key player in driving strategic decisions, optimizing business performance, and elevating our financial processes to new heights.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Analyze business performance by conducting deep-dive financial analysis, forecasting, and variance tracking.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, planning, and capital structure analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop Power BI dashboards and other tools to support strategic decision-making and process improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, marketing, logistics, and manufacturing teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead initiatives for automation, process improvement, and performance measurement using Excel, Power BI, and other modern tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Support monthly business unit reviews, capital budgeting, and risk analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide clear, actionable insights to executive leadership to support strategic and operational decisions.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>A self-starter with a proven track record of creating value through financial analysis and business insight.</p> </li><li> <p>Highly adaptable to new systems and tools-comfortable navigating across Power BI, Excel, and other data platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Confident in your communication, data storytelling, and presentation skills-with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the business.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of progressive experience in business finance, FP&A, or similar roles.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with Power BI required and a willingness to learn and work with various database tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail with the ability to manage large data sets.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent collaboration and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>CPA, MBA, or other advanced certifications a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>Annual Pay $145 - 155k/yr</p> <p>#LI-onsite</p>
