We also provide attractive working conditions and opportunities for career growth through professional development.</p> <p>Discover why Cooper University Health Care is the employer of choice in South Jersey.</p> <p>Short Description</p> <p>The Community Outreach Coordinator will develop and maintain a community outreach strategy to target populations.</p> <p>Responsibilities will include quality control management for all screenings and management</p> <p>of data from community screenings and outreach activities.</p> <p>Scheduling and attending community outreach activities, screenings and education programs and ability to directly counsel patients on health related issues or connect them to the appropriate resource.</p> <p>Proven ability to work collaboratively and productively with clinicians, administrators, patients, and other community organizations from various backgrounds and skill sets to facilitate ongoing partnerships</p> <p>Able to work a flexible schedule and have reliable transportation.</p> <p>Experience Required</p> <p>At least 5 years experience in a clinical or administrative position in healthcare.</p> <p>Ability to write program curriculum and ability to speak on a variety of health care topics and familiarity with clinical screening services or products.</p> <p>Experience in community outreach/education programs.</p> <p>Education Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor Degree required; Health education credentials are helpful; clinical experience a plus</p>
