<p>As an ambassador, the number one role is to represent the school respectfully, with character and class. We are often the first representation of Ivy Tech Community College and must give a great first impression. Our goal is to tell students what we are, not what we are not. Ambassadors may be asked to work recruiting events outside the normal office hours.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Giving tours to prospective students </li><li>Working with staff on projects </li><li>Mailing letters to prospective students </li><li>Helping out with answering the phone </li><li>Making campus visit packets </li><li>Organizing and responding to returned mailings </li><li>Sending personal notes to prospective students after tours </li></ul> <p>General Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Student Status: Current student in good standing </li><li>Required Experience: None, but customer service experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Ivy Tech Community College is an accredited, equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
