<p>Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an IT Analytics Coordinator to their Cornell Insurance Services team in Edison, NJ.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The IT Analytics Coordinator is a client-interacting role within our Employee Benefits Department. This position serves as a key liaison between internal departments, clients, and third-party vendors, depending on the level of services selected by the client. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless and successful client experience by managing benefits technology platforms, data accuracy, and project deliverables</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a key player in client engagements, following established processes related to Cornell's Employer and Participant Support Services (Benefits Administration/HRIS technology). </li><li>Support enrollment, eligibility, data management, and other administrative outsourcing functions. </li><li>Maintain day-to-day data in Employee Navigator, AgencyBloc, and AMS360 platforms. </li><li>Primary point of contact for online platform issues, including password resets and uploading benefit documentation. </li><li>Audit data within Employee Navigator against carrier data for both new and renewal employee benefit clients. </li><li>Resolve data error reports related to Employee Navigator's carrier integration feeds. </li><li>Run and distribute reports as requested. </li><li>Project manage client solution deliverables such as benefit booklets and employee deduction sheets. </li><li>Provide additional employee benefits support as needed, including ACA filing assistance and client data gathering. </li></ul> <p>Competencies & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>Strong capabilities in business productivity software, including Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Word, experience with Publisher is a plus </li><li>Strong project management and organizational abilities </li><li>Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to make timely, fact-based decisions </li><li>Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Strong detail orientation and follow up skills </li><li>Familiarity with quality assurance practices and relevant industry technologies </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Agency Blok and AMS360 experience </li><li>Understanding of programming fundamentals </li><li>Experience with Employee Navigator </li></ul>
