<p>Job Title: Quality Engineer</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection. </li><li>Design and install testing equipment and perform product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates. </li><li>Analyze reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions. </li><li>Collaborate with supplier representatives on quality problems, ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented. </li><li>Contribute to supplier quality improvement programs. </li><li>Support quality performance of the tube set production line. </li><li>Troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing equipment including air compressors, ultrasonic welders, compressed air testers, and measurement equipment. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Biomechanical. </li><li>3+ years of experience within quality engineering. </li><li>Proficiency in Solidworks. </li><li>Electromechanical experience. </li><li>Previous medical device experience. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>DFMEA </li><li>Change orders </li><li>CAPA </li><li>ISO standards </li><li>GD&T </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The facility is very clean and well-maintained. The Quality Engineer will gain experience in design from cradle to grave within a globally recognized medical device company.
