This position is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, coordinating patient care activities, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The manager will work closely with physicians, patients, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Additionally, the Floor Nurse Unit Manager will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and high morale among staff.
