The Agile Program Manager is responsible for planning, managing and coordinating interrelated work in a way that emphasizes the delivery of value for teams, stakeholders, and organizations. The program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.</p> <p>Information Technology experience in a Health Care environment preferred</p> <p>Education Requirements</p> <p>Bachelors preferred</p> <p>10-15 years of relevant Agile Program Management experience required in lieu of Bachelors' Degree</p> <p>License/Certification Requirements</p> <p>Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), Agile Project Management (IC Agile) or Agile Certified Practitioner (Project Management Institute) desired.</p> <p>Special Requirements</p> <p>7-10 years of traditional Waterfall IT project management experience, including 5 or more years managing enterprise projectsExperience managing complex programsCoaching skills and ability to motivate teamsExceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization</p>
