<p>Job Title: Production Supervisor</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Oversee operations and quality controls to ensure efficient operations at the lowest cost with the highest output volume and quality. This role is critical to meeting or exceeding all company and customer objectives by maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 procedures, production schedules, and quality targets.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and administer all ISO 9001 procedures. </li><li>Ensure that actual production meets the production schedule and quality targets. </li><li>Maintain inventory correctly through the Mass Balance Procedure. </li><li>Coach and train staff to achieve compliance with procedures and processes. </li><li>Contribute to annual CAPEX and daily purchase requirements to meet production and quality objectives. </li><li>Coordinate Management of Change (MOC) processes, including scheduling meetings, conducting risk analyses, and completing action items. </li><li>Ensure compliance with strict safety procedures and address non-compliance among employees, subcontractors, and vendors. </li><li>Facilitate process and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying cost-savings and health and safety process improvements. </li><li>Communicate road maps, objectives, and HSE programs, ensuring all HSE documentation is known, understood, and applied. </li><li>Actively participate in defining and applying the safety framework (MAESTRO). </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Quality control experience. </li><li>2+ years of supervising experience. </li><li>Experience interacting with HSE and Operations/Quality. </li><li>Experience with ISO standards. </li><li>SAP experience. </li><li>Bachelor's degree. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Lean Six Sigma certification preferred, but not required. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role operates within a manufacturing environment, managing a team that includes 1 Planner and 12 Operators. Collaboration with Quality and HSE teams is essential.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $48.25/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
