<p>Job Summary</p> <p>Coordinates operations and functions of the Office of Community Standards and Compliance by working with others to provide resolutions to reported Student Code of Conduct violations. Serves as an administrative hearing officer, investigating misconduct, and providing advocacy for students experiencing varying levels of crisis. Develops and executes office outreach and programming, collaborates with other areas across campus, and assists with related training. Prepares materials for hearings, supporting other offices engaged in investigations. Serves on various committees and provide supervision to various levels of paraprofessional staff. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferably in education, business or related field. </li><li>Two (2) years of experience in student conduct in an educational setting. </li><li>Experience working with database software. </li><li>Supervisory or leadership experience. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in higher education, student affairs or a related field. </li><li>Experience investigating, managing student groups, and organizing conduct cases. </li><li>Experience working with individuals from diverse and marginalized populations, including those involved in complex cases, and mediating conflict in challenging situations. </li><li>Experience working with and supporting students in crisis and serving in an on-call rotation. </li></ul>
