<p>Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges</p> <p>As a Project Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing projects related to sustainable business technologies. You will be responsible for overseeing energy project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing guidance to project management professionals. Your pre-sale Engineering skills, technical expertise, and commitment to sustainability will be essential in driving the adoption of renewable Solar, Microgrid and Battery Energy Storage Systems. You will also be responsible for developing cost sheets, selecting equipment, working with procurement and ensuring estimates for new projects are established in a timely manner. Site visits to look at interconnection points, along with site layouts and sizing will be required for Solar and BESS systems .</p> <p>You will be working very closely with the Engineering Dept, 3rd party Engineers and vendors to develop 30% design</p> <p>You will report directly C&I Energy Program Principal and you'll work out of our Acton, MA location on a hybrid work schedule.</p> <p>In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development and implementation of sustainable technologies, contributing to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage projects related to sustainable business technologies </li><li>Run PVSYST, Helioscope and PVCASE to develop sizing and layout of PV systems </li><li>Provide inputs to develop cost models </li><li>Work with Procurement and Engineering to obtain pricing to design and install Energy projects </li><li>Assist with developing Financial Work Book for project cost development </li><li>Perform project forecasting, cost analysis and schedule tracking for new and existing projects </li><li>Manage budgets for project estimation and construction </li><li>Assist with developing overall RFP bid process for new projects </li><li>Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for projects </li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables </li><li>Manage project risks, costs, schedule and issues, and implement mitigation strategies </li><li>Coordinate project team members and stakeholders </li><li>Provide guidance and support to project management professionals </li><li>Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date </li><li>Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders </li><li>Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices </li><li>Manage the Utility Interconnect Process for active projects </li></ul> <p>The annual base salary range for this position is $91,300.00 - $114.100.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
