You'll be the finance partner to leadership, shaping key decisions through data-driven insights, and playing a crucial role in our scaling journey - from driving actionable insights to supporting growth efficiency and risk analytics. This is a foundational and high-impact role in a capital-intensive business - a great fit for someone with deep fintech or lending experience and a passion for building from zero to one. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building from the ground up, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Build and scale robust financial models, budgets and forecasts that support strategic planning, fundraising, and scenario analysis </li><li>Develop and refine cohort analysis, customer acquisition cost and lifetime value models </li><li>Provide visibility into business performance through reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking </li><li>Manage the company's relationship with its bank lender, ensuring continued credit facility compliance including daily borrowing base and periodic financial reporting, covenant certificates and audit requirements </li><li>Support debt and/or equity fundraising efforts with investor-ready models, pitch materials, and data-driven storytelling </li><li>Implement and improve FP&A tools, processes, and systems as the company scales </li><li>Eventually support a sale process for the company </li></ul>
