This role involves data analysis, performance tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. </li><li>Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, supplier performance, and logistics. </li><li>Utilize Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools to interpret complex datasets. </li><li>Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory. </li><li>Assist in demand forecasting by analyzing historical sales trends and market data. </li><li>Work closely with procurement and operations teams to balance supply and demand. </li><li>Evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality, and delivery metrics. </li><li>Assist in supplier negotiations by providing data-driven insights. </li><li>Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying areas for process improvements. </li><li>Analyze shipping and transportation costs to identify cost-saving opportunities. </li><li>Support the optimization of distribution networks to improve delivery times and reduce expenses. </li><li>Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation of goods. </li><li>Identify and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency. </li><li>Support system improvements related to supply chain operations, including ERP and WMS platforms. </li><li>Assist in automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field. </li><li>2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, procurement, or related areas. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Power BI, or SQL. </li><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain management software. </li><li>Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights. </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. </li><li>Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments. </li><li>Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. </li><li>Familiarity with inventory management principles and demand planning techniques. </li></ul>
