<p>Piper Companies is seeking a Software Engineer to join an established medical technology organization. This position is HYBRID - 3 days a week on-site in Malvern, PA.</p> <p>Requirements of the Software Developer:</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for medical products. </li><li>Develop user interfaces, APIs, and backend frameworks to enhance system functionality. </li><li>Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues reported from the field. </li><li>Implement automated testing procedures, including unit and integration tests, to ensure software quality. </li><li>Define and document software requirements and system architecture. </li><li>Lead and participate in code and design reviews. </li><li>Develop new processes and procedures to improve software development efficiency. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality software solutions. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications of the Software Developer:</p> <ul> <li>3-8 years of experience in software development. </li><li>Strong programming skills in C# and the .NET framework. </li><li>Experience developing Windows desktop applications using WPF. </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database design and optimization. </li><li>Experience with asynchronous and multi-threaded programming. </li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required). </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills of the Software Developer:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Web API development. </li><li>Knowledge of MVVM architecture and dependency injection. </li><li>Experience in automation development. </li><li>Background working in regulated quality systems. </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Salary: $110,000 - $130,000, depending on experience plus an annual bonus. </li><li>Comprehensive benefit package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO.
