<p>TCS is currently looking for a Presales and Solutions Lead for Medtech engineering. This leader will be responsible for curating Engineering and Manufacturing solutions covering products and services focused on the Medtech Industry specifically to support customers in the areas of:</p> <ul> <li>Product development (mechanical and electronics) </li><li>R&D covering Product Engineering, Quality and Regulatory affairs </li><li>Manufacturing Engineering covering both IT and OT. </li></ul> <p>The candidate will contextualize existing offerings and solutions and develop new offerings and solutions for this market segment.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure profitable growth in Medtech Engineering and Manufacturing space by: </li><li>Actively position and win contracts with existing and new customers in the Engineering and Manufacturing space working with the account teams </li><li>Consolidating existing TCS offerings & solutions and contextualizing them for the industry market segment and developing new offerings & solutions as required. </li><li>Managing the offering life cycle - conception, development, branding and positioning and continuous upgrade </li><li>Working closely with the Sales and Presales teams to create and nurture new market opportunities </li><li>Working with the Presales team to deliver winning solutions and proposals </li><li>Building and Nurturing relationships with key customer executives to position TCS solutions and our brand </li><li>Identify avenues and execute actions to build a strong Medtech Engineering brand </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A strong understanding of the Medtech value chain covering the various processes including R&D, Product Development, product lifecycle Management and Manufacturing </li><li>Strong knowledge of products for various MedTech sub segments covering (for example) </li><li>Imaging devices CT scans, MRIs, and Ultrasounds. </li><li>Electronic devices Oxygen concentrators, Hemodialysis machines, ICU ventilators, Anesthesia machines, and Patient monitors. </li><li>Implantable devices Pacemakers and Hip prostheses. </li><li>In vitro diagnostic devices reagents, test kits, and blood glucose meters. </li><li>Software devices computer aided diagnostics. </li><li>Other devices; surgical lights, wheelchairs, dermal fillers, and insulin pumps. </li><li>At least 15+ years of experience working in the Medtech industry in Product development or Manufacturing </li><li>Should have worked for at least one large US based Medtech company as part of the above experience </li><li>Must have a strong industry standing </li><li>Proven experience with building solutions </li><li>Strong relationship and interpersonal skills. This role has many internal stakeholders, and the successful candidate must be comfortable handling complexity in a diverse environment </li><li>Demonstrate strong personal communication and executive presence to establish interest, credibility and trust. </li><li>Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills a must </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Master's or Bachelor's degree from a leading college </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $172,890-$259,900 a year</p> <p>#LI-AK1</p>
